1900's Lookbook Part 2

 1900's Lookbook Part 2


The Edwardian era took place from the late 1890's to 1914, or the beginning of the Great War (World War I). Also called La Belle Epoque (the Beautiful Era), and/or the Gilded Age, this was a time when women's fashions took on a new opulence and extravagance, inspired by the hedonistic lifestyle of Britain's King Edward VII.  

These particular looks focus on clothing popular from 1900-1910, which along with being a decade, was the length of King Edward VII's reign. 

My first 1900's lookbook is one of my favorites (and most popular according to my stats!) and likely why I put this one off so long 😜 Click here to see part 1 and click here to see the rest of my decade series.

Retro Princesses Part 2

Retro Princesses Part 2


Making my first round of Retro Princesses was really fun, so I decided to do the remaining princesses from my childhood: Cinderella, Mulan, Jasmine and Pocahontas.  I attempted to recreate some their actual outfits in retro Disneybounder form.  

Because Pocahontas wears the same outfit throughout her film, I added in Meeko the Raccoon by @blue-ancolia...click here to download the cute creature!

As soon as I saw druidsim's roots accessory I knew I wanted to make a Billie Eilish sim. I decided to recreate her Grammy's 2020 outfit, a look inspired by her merch and this neon outfit. I hope I did her justice!

Happy Hanukkah! Lookbook


We are in the midst of Hanukkah this year (December 10 - 18) so I wanted to put something together. Happy Hanukkah to all those who celebrate! 

I made outfits you might see at four types of events: Ugly Sweater, Fancy, Casual and Tzniut.

Tzniut describes both the character trait of modesty and discretion, as well as a group of Jewish laws pertaining to conduct. In modern times, the term has become more frequently used with regard to the rules of dress for women within Judaism, usually within the Orthodox community. 

Some examples of tznit rules of dress are elbows and knees must be covered, tights/pantyhouse are required, clothing must not emphasize appearance and married women must cover their hair when in public.

Little Shop of Horrors Lookbook

Little Shop of Horrors Lookbook


Little Shop of Horrors (1986) is an American horror black comedy musical film adapted from the 1982 off-Broadway musical of the same name, which was based on the 1960 film The Little Shop of Horrors. 

The film takes place on skid row in New York City in the early 1960's and is narrated by a three-woman Greek chorus: Crystal, Ronette and Chiffon. Seymour is working in a struggling flower shop with his colleague Audrey when the owner Mr. Mushnik decides to close the store. In an effort to save the shop, Seymour displays an unusual plant he owns in the window and immediately attracts customers. When Seymour accidently pricks his finger, he discovers the plant (Audrey II) needs human blood to thrive. Audrey II begins to demand more blood than Seymour can give and... watch the movie to find out the rest!

Crystal, Ronette and Chiffon appear in many matching outfits throughout the film so I decided to give them each a different outfit inspired by their real costumes (one, two, three) but in a similar color palette.

Christmas Party Lookbook


Parties seem like a distant memory to those of us in countries still impacted by COVID-19…but they don’t have to be for your sims! Throw on some antlers, drink some hot cocoa and live vicariously through your sims.

I tried to feature all types of Christmas party dress codes…from elegant to slightly tacky.
